Delivery and collection

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE. Online checkout is for UAE addresses only.

Outside the UAE? Contact us for a quote: we can arrange specialist crating and international art shipping. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

2. Cost

Standard delivery within the UAE is AED 50, shown at checkout. Collection from our studio is free.

Some large or fragile works need custom crating or a two-person team. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you before dispatch. Any extra cost applies only if you agree; otherwise you can cancel for a full refund.

Hanging and installation at your home or office is available as a service. Ask us for a quote.

3. When it arrives

We'll call or message you within 2 business days of your order to agree a delivery time. Most UAE deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days of your order; it can take longer around public holidays or for works that need framing or crating.

You'll get an email when your order is on its way, and again when it has been delivered.

4. Packing and handover

Works are wrapped and protected by our art-handling team. Originals are delivered by our team or a specialist art courier.

Someone aged 18 or over needs to receive the delivery. Please check the work before signing. If no one is available at the agreed time, a second delivery may be charged.

The work is your responsibility once it has been handed over. If it arrives damaged, tell us within 2 days and keep the packaging (see returns and refunds).

5. Collecting from the studio

Choose Pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready and agree a time. Please bring your order confirmation; the person collecting must be 18 or over.
