Buying artworks
Are the paintings originals?
Yes. Unless a work is listed as a print, every painting is a one-of-a-kind original. Prints show how many copies are left.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Artwork prices include 5% UAE VAT. Delivery, if you choose it, is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I pay?
Online by card through Stripe's secure checkout, with Apple Pay or Google Pay on devices that support them. You can also message us on WhatsApp for a payment link.
Can I see a work before buying?
Of course. Book a visit to our Al Quoz studio and we'll have the works you're interested in ready to view.
Are the works framed?
It depends on the work. Ask us and we'll tell you whether it is framed and ready to hang, and we can recommend or arrange framing before or after you buy.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the UAE, for AED 50. We'll call you within 2 business days to schedule a time; most deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days. You can also collect from the studio for free. Outside the UAE, ask us for a shipping quote.
Can I return a work?
Original works are final sale, so we encourage you to visit the studio or ask for more photos first. Prints can be exchanged, or swapped for a gift card, within 7 days if unused and in their original packaging. You can cancel any order before it leaves the studio for a full refund.
What if a work arrives damaged?
Please check the work on delivery and tell us within 2 days, with photos, keeping the packaging. We will repair, replace or refund it. See our returns and refunds policy.
Workshops
Do I need any experience?
Most workshops are open to all levels. Each workshop page says who it's for.
Are materials included?
Yes, unless the workshop page says otherwise.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Workshop fees are non-refundable, but you can send someone in your place, or move once to another date if you tell us at least 72 hours before. If we cancel, you get a full refund automatically.
Can you run a private workshop for my school or team?
Yes. We design private and corporate workshops at our studio or yours. Book an appointment or message us to plan one.
Commissions and services
Do you take commissions?
Yes: murals, original works and site-specific installations for homes, hotels, offices and public spaces. Book an appointment to discuss your project.
Can you install art we already own?
Yes. Our handling and installation team packs, moves and hangs works, including large-scale pieces. Ask us for a quote.
Gift cards
What can a gift card be used for?
Any workshop or artwork bought on our website. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and any remaining balance stays on the card.
